Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days, custom orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please Note: There could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $25 within 20 miles. For orders under $25, we charge $5 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made per request, dates and times subject to change. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1404 Little Bear Creek Road, Idaho Springs CO 80452, United States. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at snowandglowdesigns@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We use USPS for shipping. There should be no limitations to PO boxes. If you experience any problems wit this, please contact us at snowandglowdesigns@gmail.com.
